Fresh Graduates – Associate ERP Consultant – Finance and Supply Chain

Role Overview

Are you a recent graduate with a strong academic background in finance, business administration, transportation, or logistics? Are you passionate about ERP solutions and eager to embark on an exciting career journey with a fast-growing global business?

This opportunity will place you at the forefront of delivering premium IFS offerings to Platned’s valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to assess, identify, and develop solutions that address their finance and supply chain-related business needs using the IFS ERP software platform.
• Work alongside senior consultants to understand customer requirements and assist in providing tailored recommendations and solutions.
• Support the configuration of IFS ERP Software under supervision to meet specific client needs for optimal system performance.
• Assist in various phases of the project life cycle, including gathering requirements, system configuration, and supporting customer training sessions.
• Provide support and maintenance services to ensure the continued success of implemented ERP systems.
• Participate in training and development programs to deepen your understanding of IFS ERP software functionality and stay updated on best practices.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

• A bachelor’s degree with specialization in Finance and Accountancy, Logistics and Transport Management, or similar.
• 1–2 years of experience in a relevant discipline is an added advantage.
• Very good academic understanding of core concepts in finance, accountancy, supply chain, and logistics management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Previous internships, coursework, or project experience related to ERP systems or consulting is an advantage but not mandatory.
