Role summary
We’re looking for a skilled IFS ERP finance consultant to join our U.S.-based team. If you have in-depth experience working with the IFS Finance Module and want to be part of a growing, global consultancy delivering high-impact solutions to enterprise clients, this role is for you.

In this highly visible position, you’ll work closely with customers across industries, helping them configure, implement, and maximize their use of IFS ERP systems. You’ll report directly to the Assistant Group Manager and play a key role in delivering world-class ERP solutions and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand their business needs and offer expert guidance on leveraging IFS finance capabilities
• Configure and optimize IFS ERP modules to meet specific customer requirements and ensure best-fit financial workflows
• Support full project lifecycle activities, including system design, implementation, testing, training, and go-live
• Deliver end-user training and documentation to ensure successful adoption and long-term usage
• Provide ongoing support and post-implementation services to help clients gain maximum value from their ERP system
• Stay current on the latest features and updates in IFS Cloud and other related technologies

Required qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Professional credentials such as CIMA, ACCA, or similar are preferred
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with IFS Applications, particularly in finance
• IFS Finance Practitioner certification is required
• Strong foundational understanding of ERP finance processes and configuration
• Proficiency in IFS Cloud, IFS Aurena, and tools like Business Reporter, IFS Mobile Apps, and Data Migration
• Experience with PL/SQL, custom configuration, and rapid implementation techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Able to work independently with a proactive, results-focused mindset
• Prior consulting experience is a plus
